Receive Jesus as your God
God has a plan for you. Have you received Jesus as your Lord and Savior?
- God loves you and has a special plan for you. (John 3:16 and 10:10)
- Man is sinful and separated from God. (Romans 3:23)
- Jesus Christ is God’s only provision for man’s sin. (Romans 6:23)
- You must personally receive Him to be saved. He gives all who receive Jesus the power to be children of God. (John 1:12, Romans 10:13)
Prayer to receive Jesus as your Lord and Saviour
“Jesus, I know that I have sinned against you. I know the truth is that I have sinned by my own choice, and I am the one responsible for it. I know that I have earned punishment from You, and that the fair punishment would be death. Jesus, I believe that You died in my place. Forgive me for my sin. I cannot cover or take my sin away, I am relying totally and only on You. You are the only one who can save me. I reject my sin, I turn away from it, I repent. Come into my life, take away my sin, and show me how to live my life in a way that is right and pleasing to You.”
- God’s commandment is to love God and man. (Matthew 22:37-39)
- Overcome Satan and his plans for you. (Revelation 12:11)
- Walk in the light and confess your sins to God. (1 John 1: 7-9)
- God has prepared a place for you to dwell with Him and a new city and a new heaven and earth. (John 14: 2 and 3; Revelation Chapters 21 and 22)
